With 25 hours of battery life, i think they've got a "huge" differentiator. Cant get my head around why they wouldn't want to go all out aggressively marketing it. Battery life is the biggest gripe for all touch phones, and this one seems to stand out (on the face of t). BB management seems to have lost the mojo to fight incrementally.
Just go with a high visibility marketing campaign, and sell mostly online. Make it a point to highlight that it's available online, and maybe some local retailers depending on countries they decide to walk that path. It's no rocket science!
