Download the app from here and sideload to your phone. 10.2.1 or higher....

There are several methods to sideload an app. The easiest is using a free desktop app called Sachesi. Follow the instructions in this post:

How to Sideload Apps on your BB10 Device

It seems like it might be complicated but it's not.
Just let us know if you can't figure anything out.

I recommend using the Google Chrome browser method. No cable required, just know your Wi-Fi IP address.

    It is amazingly simple.

Please elaborate: what have you tried and what was the result?

Try the method I linked in Post #3 with the desktop app called Sachesi. This time restart your PC before trying anything as that resolves the majority of BB10 connection issues with a PC.

They're both relatively easy, but I think Sachesi is more simple if you've never done either before.

Yes, you need a cable with Sachesi. (Seriously is that really hard work?) But with Chrome you must obviously first have Chrome installed (not everyone does), second find your Wi-Fi IP address, and third set your BB to Development Mode, then turn Development Mode off again afterward. (Neither Development Mode nor a device password is required to be on for Sachesi to work.)
