    Just wanted to share:
After I had about 6 or 7 Z10 devices in the last year (yes, they all suddenly went off and could not be revived), my provider eventually gave me a Z30 in exchange. I hope this one lasts. Its a really beautiful phone!

Sorry to hear about your experience with the Z10. The Z30 is an amazing device. Only had mine for six weeks after coming from the 9900 and find it to be the most amazing device I've ever had.

I totally like the phone, it feels well manufactured and has absolutely great voice quality. I also like that they inverted some screens from white to black, I hope the HUB will be black too, one day . Like the Z10 (or any BBOS 10 device) its the only device I know of on the whole market that notifies about serverside filtered mails via active-sync/exchange without the need of third party software.

6 or 7 Z10's? You must be kidding? If you were in Australia your first Z10 would have been repaired no multiple replacements here. I have had my Z10 for almost 2 years and not a spec of trouble

If my phone needed to be replaced 6 or 7 times I am astounded that you would still be loyal to BlackBerry! I would really like to know the circumstances of this presumably enormous fault of the Z10. I have always believed that the luxury of the exchange program is what broke the moral of the Telco sales staff.

Hello Jingo F I am keenly waiting for my reply please, having to replace the Z10 6 or 7 times justifys a sound explanation as to what was the cause. I have never heard of a consumer phone that could have justified these amounts of replacement let alone a BlackBerry

Yea it also sounds absolutely ridiculous. Probably TMobile opening up BlackBerry phones and stabbing the motherboards again.

I dont know what the technical reason was. But I know that all these devices could not be turned on suddenly. One for example showed a blue screen and went off. I tried to turn it on. Just a red light glowing for maybe 30 seconds then the device went off again. Whatever I tried, It would not boot.
Another device just died at night. It should wake me in the morning, guess what? Yes, it was turned off and would not boot by any means. One showed a scrambled screen, like when a pc graphic card has a memory failure. The device would not respond. Pulled the battery, and guess what? It did not boot. These are 3 examples of what happened... T-Mobile (Germany btw) replaced the base unit by refurbished models, so I alwas kept the back and my battery.
