    Every time I turn off my Z30, it erases new data I have entered (pictures, cell numbers) and some settings (notifications, ringtone) but keeps everything I had input prior to June 2015. Phone works well but as a layman, I need a fix or I have to look elsewhere.

    Have you considered security wipe and os reload...?

    I had this problem, but the previous os update fixed it, make sure you're running the latest os
