    Bought BB Z30 and after four weeks of usage it doesnt Charge all of sudden after reaching 20% charging it now says "NOT CHARGING"

    I am trying to contact BB Support team but it asks me for BBID which i have but i dont have the PIN with me . Any way i can find my Z30 Device PIN using my BBID online. My phone doesnt switch on as there is no Battery left in phone

    Please help !!!!

    Well, since you still have the phone, pop off the back cover and read the sticker at the bottom. Model, PIN, IMEI, all there.

    Thank you for your help, There is only IMEI Number and there is Barcode Sticker to the backcover. Is that the PIN that i Need to scan thru other phone.

    Any other way to find online. Please help

    Yep above the "BlackBerry limited" there is pin number

    If you have Blackberry Protect enabled, you should be able to go protect.blackberry.com and log in and see the PIN.

    Blackberry world should let you see the PIN as well. appworld.blackberry.com.
