I have to go back to 10.2.0.?

I love this upgrade, but the one app that I truly need and use every day, no longer works on 10.2.1.537. It didn't work on a leaked version of 10.2.1.1925.

I want to stay but have to have the app back.

    How do I downgrade?

You realize they're both the same OS right? 10.2.1.537 (software version) is 10.2.1.1925 (OS version). Never should have updated if that app was that important. Sadly, there's no official way of going back. Your best bet is to load one of the previously leaked autoloaders and then not update again when prompted.

First Class is the app. I thought that with the official release that it wouldn't be an issue. I was wrong.

Where can I get the autoloader for an earlier release?

If the native version doesn't work, have you tried android version?
    Which one of these?

No luck. Both BlackBerry World and Snap give me the same message as what I posted in the picture. Thanks for responding though.

If you really want to downgrade to 10.2.0, find an autoloader for the latest 10.2.0 release (10.2.0.1809, I think) and run that as you would a leaked OS.

You Sir are awesome. Just found I slightly older autoloader from one of your posts. I will use the one you just sent as it is a more recent one. Thanks for the help.

I really want the update, but the first class app that I need is too important to my daily work. Hoping they will fix the bug. I emailed the developer. Now I leave behind all the cool 10.2.1 features. Finally side loaded Snap. Oh well.
