How to find a BlackBerry 10 smartphone MAC address


Here�s how to find your MAC address when you set up your BlackBerry 10 smartphone, as well as how to find it on a device that has been previously set up.

Identify the MAC address during initial setup

If you are setting up a BlackBerry 10 smartphone after removing it from the retail box or preforming a security wipe, complete the following steps to obtain the MAC address.


During the setup experience, navigate to the Wi-Fi Networks setup screen
Tap Add followed by Diagnostic
The MAC address appears under Physical Address
Identify the MAC Address on a previously setup BlackBerry 10 smartphone

If you have set up your smartphone already, complete the steps below.

While viewing the Home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen
Tap Settings followed by Network Connections
Tap Wi-Fi followed by Advanced
Tap the Diagnostic Information bar and select Device Information
The MAC address appears under Physical Address
