How do i unlock the frequency bands of a Verizon z30 to work on T-Mobile LTE?

I want to buy a Verizon Z30 but i want to know if i can you it in T-Mobile? Will i have to unlock it out so they come unlocked? I heard i need to unlock the frequency bands to get LTE is that true? Do I need to dial a secret code to get into a secret menu to put only use LTE? Point is how do I get LTE on a Verizon z30 what steps do I need to do thank you for your help.
