Have you tried rebooting your device? Some apps stick around until reboot.

This, I believe, is a bug in the BB10 OS. I am presuming (maybe wrongly) that you have a situation such as I have in my Z10 where the app (in my case S10, which is a Slack client that I was testing) will not leave the Hub. It remains even though I have removed the app, rebooted etc. I have never found a way to get rid of it. If I click on it you can see that it goes to a screen of Inbox etc but nothing else is there and furthermore the ONLY way to get back to a regular Hub view is to reboot the device. In order to totally delete this app you have to restore the OS back to factory or use an autoloader. I would be glad to hear about other options, but I think that I have covered pretty much everything with no resolution to this bug.

edit: Of course this could also be a glitch in the S10 client app as well.

Did you go to the Accounts setting screen and deleting it from there?

I blame the os too. Now my hub is full of accts haha! Let's hope for the better, there's a 10.3 coming rumor has it.

Reboot is not enough but I have no time to factory reset. Too many too back up. -_- haha and the need for an external source to update the OS if I factory reset.

I second the Accounts Cleaner. Used it recently to get rid of some accounts left by pesky apps. Once I deleted those unwanted accounts, my battery drain went away too

Now I'm questioning my phone because it didn't go away, I deleted the ones on the external and it says it's gone but still on the hub

Do a soft reboot now that you've used the Accounts Cleaner. Hold the volume up and down keys for about 30 seconds. Let the phone shut down, and when you see the BlackBerry logo appear again during the startup, you can let go of the volume keys

If it was Android, I was going to suggest Ghost Commander, but it's not so...never mind.

You could try installing the app again, and see if there is some configuration within the app to remove its integration with the Hub; then uninstall the app again. Hopefully this doesn't cause a second ghost account in the Hub
