You'll have to install a fresh copy of the OS.

Download to PC, unzip it, plug in device, and run the autoloader. The device will be wiped in the process. You will need the current BBID in order to start it up again.

Try another cable, port, or computer.

If that fails, throw the Z30 in the garbage, as there is nothing more you can do.
