I have just received 3 new z30 phones for my employees . 1 has a very sensitive keypad
i have a z30 myself and it is a lot less sensitive . how do I adjust the one ,that is too sensitive

You might want to run both units through BBVE and test various aspects of the devices.

I wish you could edit the keyboard layout. The period key is in a bad spot.

You'll get used to it... though I've never heard this complaint before.

Have.the.same.problem.here. The "." is poorly placed and I also keep hitting it.

You are not accidentally pressing the space bar twice? This will also place a period.

I've done the period thing as well as hitting "b" a lot. I thought it was just my poor touch screen typing skills. It probably still is just that.

I also tend to hit some of the wrong keys, including missing the A key and hitting the "margin" to its left. I would blame my slight side-by-side double vision. So if the Z30 is not in my center vision but off to one side as I type, leads me too far to the left.

What is keypad sensitivity? There is the lag when you type and word appear or when you type a contact in search it types without lag but the contact takes time to appear? I have faced the second case after 10.3.2 update....please help.
