    Hello everybody,

    I've seen the article about customizing notifications for individual apps on the Z30.

    In the printscreen, there is an email application that you can select and customize in the notification settings. On my BB however, that application is not listed in the "core", nor in the "​other" application lists... My Z30 is on version 10.2.

    Does anyone else have that problem? Can it be solved? I'm slowly getting annoyed by the continuous bleep of an email coming in and i don't want to set my phone to phone-only all the time because i still want to get other notifications...

    Swipe down from the top on the home screen and go into settings. Then go to notifications. Swipe all the way to the bottom and select applications. There you can select email and then you'll be able to change the notifications for all the email accounts you have.

    The dilemma that i have is that email does not show up in the list of apps. Not in the core, and also not in the other ones...

    Try a hard reset by holding down both volume buttons until the BlackBerry logo shows. After the restart, go back to the settings. They should be there.

    Have you tried deleting the accounts and set them up anew? You might want to do a hard reset after deleting the accounts and before setting them up again.

    it is an exchange account. i was advised to do a security wipe and to set up everything from scratch. will see how that works out and let you know...

    the security wipe / factory reset has solved the problem. it remains weird why there was a problem to begin with but hey, it works again. thanks for all your help!
