I have about 2000 contacts on my Z30 and would like to delete all of them at once. Other than doing a factory reset which would wipe out all data, how can I delete just the contacts...thanks!

I know you didn't have fun at the party man I get it... You didn't want to be roasted. Ok. Gotchya, but deleting us all won't solve this! Please reconsider.

In all seriousness all I can think of is hold down your thumb on one contact and hit select more, once you've selected all 2000 hit delete.

Or wait... If they are on your Sim card then swipe from the top bezel, hit settings, right at the bottom the button says manage Sim card contacts. There is a delete all buttons there. I'm assuming these 2000 contacts aren't stored on your Sim card though.

Back up, do a security wipe. Reload manually and don't click contacts?

You said, "hold down your thumb on one contact". I know how to select "Select More" on the menu but what do u mean about holding my thumb down?

But doing this wouldn't he have your bbid attached to that phone. So all your bbw apps, and BBM. So you couldn't use that BBM and purchased apps again.

Just go to accounts and remove whatever accounts you have associated with contacts, calendars etc. The other guy is right, it would be assoc w/ your bbid. Tho you can change the email assoc with it. Make sure you turn off BlackBerry Protect if enabled.

Restart your phone. If its not removed locally its has to be a cloud based list.
