    i cant update my bb z30. when im checking for updates its showing "you have the latest software 10.2.1.3062"

    I believe the update has been pulled by the carriers and BlackBerry for further testing and bug fixes so you won't see any updates till they fix thing and release it again. Till then you can wait or use the side methods to install the buggy 10.3.1 release either through autoloader or sachesi.
