    I received an email with a PDF attached, saved the file on my device (Z30). I can see the file listed under "Documents", but I cannot open it. How can this be done?

    Just install Adobe Reader from the BlackBerry World. It usually comes preinstalled, maybe you deleted it?

    Adobe was installed but it didn't work. I re-downloaded it and it now works fine. Which is good
