    I have just moved over from Z30 to LEAP ... And I did the full backup and restore routine via the BlackBerry link but I seem to lost entries in my calendar am I doing something incorrect?
    Just a thought on the leap so far I believe the Z 30 is a superior quality, why has the leap has no NFC and HDMI output..

    Why? Because it's a cheap phone and they're reusing all they're left over parts from the Z10/Q10

    Why did you switch to a cheaper phone is the question...
    But yeah, did you save your calendar appointments on your local calendar or on an online calendar ? Make sure you've synced all your emails

    Pretty hard to move a dairy between phones. I would start with the cows first since they're the heaviest.

    The leap is not a cheap phone, it is an affordable option, and for the money it is a great one.

    Didnt you read before buying it? I still think the leap is an awesome phone that has a great and unique modern design. I would buy one but currently have too many phones.

    I understand all the negative comments.... Cows, sheep and whatever goes... Yes I should have read the specs before I bought it but I truly thought that being a new phone and in the light of the really snazzy handsets that's coming out by the competitors I thought this was comparable at the very least to the Z30..... It is what it is my daughter will be very happy to have it I will stick to my Z30.. It's a shame though that BlackBerry hardware side seems not able to keep apace with the competitors it is what it is baby

    Moving forward, I can't seem to connect to Wi-Fi keeps saying "collection failed"I have tried everything restarting rebooting whatever.. Can anyone help much appreciated

    Check the bands or frequencies and try changing the channel on phone or router
