So I was looking for a good cross platform VOIP app and I saw Truphone,

But the problem is it's not available for my device (Z30)!

Is there any way I can still download it? or any alternative app (preferably cross platform)?

Hey buddy. Truphone supports all available BB10 devices including Z30. So you can go and grab it right now

Yeah it should be, but when I open it in app world it says not available for your device!

I know it's weird!

I can't even find it in the app world on my phone, but when I scanned the QR on the desktop then I saw it but it says this app is not available for your device!
I'm running the stock OS 10.2.0.224 version 10.2.0.1521

haven't updated it yet (I don't want to install a leak)

I think it's blocked by my carrier (Etisalat)

That may be it. This is what came out of the box for me. Check for an update just in case.
