    It's most likely that BlackBerry doesn't support map service there. (they don't support maps here in korea as well..) I suggest you use Google maps or other popular map services

    There are some other map services available such as NavFree and BeMaps in BlackBerry World.

    They should work since it does not rely on BlackBerry Maps services.
