    bblink say that may z30 is connected, but when i try to do the backup after a while that is trying say tha the z30 is not connected : . note that sincrozation is working on bblik, and i stop it to do the backup

    Utimate Backup from Blackberry Worid is what I use now.
    I use a Mac, Blackberry Link does not work with Sierra, and have heard not working with Windows 10 either. The rest nowa days is hit and miss.
