Have you updated your BB android runtime in BBW, or there is a blog on the front page with a link, this might help.

Have you rebooted? Added any new apps? When did you download the OS and which version?

Try a restart:

Press and HOLD both Vol Up/Down buttons. Keep holding while the screen goes fully black (ignore the screenshot), keep holding through the Black/White logo and when the Colored Logo shows up, release those buttons.

If you have a Z10: If you have the STL100-1 variant the volume button reset method doesn't work. In that case, Press and HOLD the Power On Button until you see the LOGO as above

I've been having that problem as well. Just started several days ago. I'm on att.

Have rebooted several times, its actually wife's phone an I assure you she does nothing to it, I just switched to the Note 5. Really miss BB10, its been a month and I am still trying to swipe. My Z10 was doing the same thing, that why I dumped it.

Nearly two years now and my Z30 is still flying.

Could it be an android app that's giving you issues? Maybe an OS reload would sort it out.

Do you have Google play? What apps do you have? I did a hard reboot and it's a little better.

Something has gotten corrupted. Check the device monitor and see if something like the android player is using excessive cpu cycles.

How can you tell if it is using excessive cycles?

Open Device Monitor and see what's using the battery. At the bottom, press the CPU tab and check out what's running.

Had similar issues with sms sending taking upwards of a minute. In the end it was the size of the sms dB. I had a conversation thread with my wife spanning over a year and there was something like 20,000 texts. Everytime I would open the sms it would open that long thread and go to the last unread.

If you have any huge conversations, clear them out, reboot and then try again.

I still have it. When I go on the browser (yahoo) I'll start writing on the search bar and it'll be a good 5 letters or more before the words that I write start coming up.
