    Hi,

    Is there a way to check access hidden folders?
    for example in my previous 9900 i can simply connect it to my laptop and access BBM history folder ? where is it stored in BB10?

    Hello and welcome to CB!
    I would assume that the hidden folders you mention are probably kept on the device memory. You could start by checking there.
