Yes, I'm using a Z30 which ships with 10.2 so not using a leak or anything.

Oh ok. I have the Z10 right now. Hopefully I will have the Z30 soon... I guess I should have realized that since I'm in the Z30 category.... haha

OK, glad to hear your upgrading to the Z30 because from what I've heard the Z10 doesn't support Miracast due to HW limitations. http://m.crackberry.com/miracast-wil...blackberry-z10

    Hello,
I have a Z30 with 10.2.0.1791 and a PTV3000 with 2.4.19. I can not connect to the PTV3000 when WIFI is on. When I switch off the WiFI connection and tap then share screen I get a connection. When I switch WIFI on, I lost the connection. Strange. Can someone can confirm that. Maybe a bug in 10.2.0.1791. I saw two videos and they do not have any problems but I do not know the OS version and PTV firmware version. I also setup another WiFI network with the same bad result.

No issues here, are you using a leaked version? I'm able to run both simultaneously so that I can stream through wifi and render that via miracast to the TV.

No, I use 10.2.0.1791 which was released from Telekom. I found the problem. There is a problem with the 5 Ghz WLAN which is known by BlackBerry and Netgear. When I use my WLAN on 2.4 Ghz it works perfectly. There is an issue, but I do not know a release day when BB or Netgear will fix this.

I have the same strange problem, I can't connect to the TV via Miracast if I have wifi open on the Z30, but when I close it, it connects instantly. This is not very convenient if I want to stream a movie from internet. I tried to switch of the 5 Ghz WLAN but it didn't solve the problem so I think there is a bug somewhere else.

I wonder if a blackberry device can act as Miracast receiver... I have a spare device that can hide on the back of the TV..

This netgear box, did you guys have to connect to it with your computer first using the intel software?

Unfortunately now that I have the box I am finding that neither my desktop or laptop is compatible with the software :S

I bought the Netgear PTV3000 this weekend from BestBuy, and I could not get the thing to work on my TV let alone get the chance to connect to my phone. The TV would show NETGEAR for about 5 seconds then no more signal to my TV, it never showed the miracast screen with the code on it or waiting. I took it back and figured the device either doesn't work with my TV or was a bad unit. I'm looking for another option, any one have any other ideas?

Okay, just got the Panasonic DMP-MST60 from future shop for 79.99.

Comes with a remote, very easy setup, no PC required. Miracast mirroring and Play-On are very close to in unison from my Z30.

Do NOT get the Netgear streamer unless you have confirmed your PC or Laptop is compatible.

    Thanks

Works seamlessly with z30 running 10.2.1; just plug and play, haven't noticed any significant lag in games - highly recommend the Netgear Push2TV!
