Can I run the phone without "SIM-Card"? By using "Wi-Fi" only? Coz I have the Q10, so why have I to buy Z30... But at home, when lying on the couch, a bigger screen might serve!?

Also, an "alloy" isn't very descriptive. Every metal can be alloyed... aluminum, steel, or unable to tell? Judging from the heft I'd guess it was steel which is a good thing. Aluminum is lighter and softer

Also, how is that camera compared to the Z10/Q10? I know it's 8mp, but is there any increase in quality?

Don't use instagram. Although I have the unlocked android runtime and running Candy Crush Saga and Pet Rescue Saga fine.
I pass my time with these instead of pictures.

I have instagram working (very smooth, except video recording doesn't work). Have it running with latest Android runtime - so can remove the bar, but it's been working since I got the device a while ago using the token method.

Pretty much every Android app I've tried loads and runs smoothly

I purchased a Z10 6 months ago. I'm considering giving it to my wife and paying full price for a Z30 since I have 18 months before I can upgrade. My questions are:

1.) Based on your impression of the Z30, do you think it would be worth it for me to buy it at full price? Would you?
2.) Do you think the phone looks great? Does it generate curiosity when used in public? Will it have that "phone envy" effect on others?
3.) Would you chose it over an iPhone 5S? Or a Galaxy S5?
4.) How satisfied are you with it so far?

You can always simply use the website version and bookmark it to your homescreen. That is what I do and works very well.

1) For me, YES. I'd never go back to the Z10 (been sitting in a drawer for weeks)
2) IMO I think it looks (and more importantly feels great). I've had a few comments in public, but I haven't quite advertised that I had the phone... That, and a large phone isn't that out of the ordinary these days
3) YES!! Never been an iPhone fan. Had a G. Nexus and wife has an S4 - both great phones, but with the fact that I can run pretty much every Android app I've loaded, I don't see the benefit of Android over BB10
4) Biggest complaint is that the screen seems to scratch quite easily (def not Gorilla Glass). I didn't pay for the phone so not a big deal to me (no screen protector or case). Otherwise I'm very satisfied.
