Hey, I'm back on my phone, just 5 minutes ago I'm using alien flow, the screen turns blue and the top power button did nothing, I used the volume keys to reset and it is working again. But I ask, has this happened to anyone else? And do you know why?

I thought so, but I am not sure. The first Ota update was perfect zero issues. I lose that phone and order another one., wasn't able to download the first 10.3 when it was released to all, so I waited for the second one and have had issues every where. So I can't say it's the app itself

I am having similar issues with my z30, blue screen and reboot, no matter what app am I using, it can happen anytime, I have done a sic wipe and loaded 10.3.1 using an autoloader, not sure if this is a hardware problem

I get the frozen blue screen when sharing photos right from camera app.

Happens usually in bbm when share photo from camera.

Also happened today in the hub when sharing photo to text message...

I hope blackberry is aware of this and will fix it....

Since you are using CB10, type

myver (then press the spacebar)

It will show us your model and OS.

What other problems? Sometimes updating over-the-air (OTA) has led to issue for some folks if their memory was tight. You might reboot one or two more times.

Try a restart:

Press and HOLD both Vol Up/Down buttons. Keep holding while the screen goes fully black (ignore the screenshot), keep holding through the Black/White logo and when the Colored Logo shows up, release those buttons.

If you have a Z10: If you have the STL100-1 variant the volume button reset method doesn't work. In that case, Press and HOLD the Power On Button until you see the LOGO as above

Just had the same issue. Only app opened was Smart list. Went to take a out to add to a text. As soon as I pushed the button to take pictures, screen went BLUE. Phone was frozen up. Had to hold top button for a while. To get it to restart. Heard a clicking sound when it finally shut down.

Just happened again!!!!! Same scenario. Except this time I let it sit without touching anything. Then it shutdown and restarted by itself.

Anyone else having this problem? Running 10.3.1767

That sounds unusual. Start an email or text and type

myver (then press the spacebar)

and you will see your model and OS, repost that info here.

You might look at Device Monitor and check the Memory tab at the bottom.

Oh, one more thing - when you take pictures, where do you have the phone save them?

I have the same issue. I am trying to attach a photo from camera to a Text.

Ok it did it twice while trying to add a picture /attachment to a MMS from the camera. But it is now behaving. I will experiment some more.
