Why Google not making their applications available for BlackBerry 10? I mean natively through BlackBerry application store; just like other stores!?!

This is because Google knows me. I try to get Google completely out of my device.

That's my #1 complaint with using blackberry - the lack of google service integration. Since even apple has it, I'm going to guess that it's a blackberry issue and not google (why would they turn down the advertising and revenue stream).

My guess is Google is protecting Android growth. The reason that Android became so immediately successful had as much to do with the fact that Google utilized it's leverage within its Mail, Calendar, Maps and Search services and it's customer base. Then built an OS that was designed to work seamlessly with those services. True they did make those services available to iOS, but that was because of the significant market segment that Apple held. Traditionally it would not benefit Google to deliver the same experience to Windows Phone, BlackBerry, or webOS because it provides them less leverage in getting customers into an Android ecosystem. The benefit of providing these services does not outweigh the benefit of not. Just my 2 cents!

Google doesn't make its apps available to each ecosystem. MS had a nice spat with Google due to not having a Youtube app by Google. They do IOS because it has a dominant position in the smartphone market. For BB at a minimum Google would want deep integration into BB10 which BB would not provide.

Because the BlackBerry user base is so minute that it's not worth it for them to put the effort into developing and supporting apps. This is the case with most developers.

Simple. If they don't people like yourself will leave blackberry and get an android phone. Best part is they don't have to spend a cent

Blackberry is so small now that by holding services away will hopefully kill bb. They don't want to make BlackBerry seem like a viable option.

They make their services available on ios simply because the user base is to large to starve.

I do agree! But until the regulators take notice nothing will change.

Kind of agree... I will say that you didn't hear Apple, Google or MSFT complaining if a monopoly when BlackBerry was dominant and everyone's contacts were BBM and BIS oriented. Those companies instead innovated around that limitation until the time came that their new feature set outweighed the cons of letting go of BBM and other BlackBerry exclusive services.
