    Received an email notification for a refund of $5.61 from Digital River today. I purchased my Z30 the day it was announced. It took them 6 days to get it to me when I paid for the 2 day shipping. Hey its something!

    It shows integrity. Sometimes the process from ordering from Digital River online is confusing with their process of whether an item is in stock, but at least they get things worked out in the end. Just wish they could eliminate the sold out, not sold out, shipping not shipping issues so customers do not get frustrated. Should be a smoother experience.

    I can definitely say they have the absolute worst customer service, in the PH no less. Wasted about 5 hours with them while I was looking for answers regarding the phone, backstock or when the "in stock" phone would ship. They dont have answers aside from generic canned ones. A smart business might hire a better company to represent their product.
