    My browser on my z30 won't finish loading gmail in my browser. It just freezes just before it finishes loading. I need the desktop version as I need to access mail saved in other folders. It will open if I use the basic html version for slow browsers

    This doesn't specifically address the question you asked, but I am able to access all of my folders (or labels as google calls them) from the mobile web interface.. no need to load the desktop version.. specifically what trouble are you having going that route?

    If I don't use the basic html mode, gmail just hangs. I need to access my contacts which are grouped, but doesn't seem to be able to do that in the basic html mode
