I have just purchased z30. Convert from old torch. All is good except phone freezes when composing new text! Help. Have to reboot to unfreeze!

Hi and welcome! Would be helpful if you told us what OS you are running?

Did you transfer all the msges from your old torch into the Z30? Sometimes if too many messages and long ones, the phone may freeze.

Try a hard reset press the 2 volume keys at same time do not let go !! Phone will go black and (switch off) only let go of volume keys when you see the (BlackBerry written in white) give some time and everything should work
