I have a Z30 OS 10.3.3.1463. I can make folders in mail but when I try to move email to a certain folder I only get two options. I can either move the email to the in box or the sent folder I cannot move email to the newly created folder. Is there a way to move email to different folders?

From HUB choose the email box first. You do this by tapping on the three lines on the bottom left of the screen, then tap the email box you're wanting to use.

The name of the email box will appear at the top. (you should see a little arrow to the right of the name to reveal all of your folders for that account).

Go to the folder that has your stuff (like the inbox).
Hold down (long press) on the email you want to move
Choose File, from the right menu that slides in
You should get a list of all of your folders
Tap on the folder you wish to move the email to.

That should be it.

Not sure if any email provider has any restrictions, but I don't imagine so.
