    When I hit "File" the folder list appears but just before I tap Folder 12 it sort of "jumps" or scrolls a little bit so I end up tapping Folder 15.. I have to go back and hit "File" again, and do it all over.

    Does the folder list "jump" for you guys? It usually happens a split second after keyboard pops up in File dialog with text field selected.

    I have my folders arranged in grid view so i don't have any issue with folders moving around

    Nope, in email.
    When you are reading an email, you go to menu, File, then it lists all your folders.
    Sometimes right before I want to tap something it moves up a little bit and I tap in wrong folder, and there goes my email into that folder.
