    I have a Z30 on Verizon with 10.2.1.1925 and 1926 radio. BBM Voice and Video don't work. I can hear my contact's audio but they don't hear me. Any tips to fix?

    That is odd, happening on both carrier and wifi connections?

    I will try turning off the carrier and wifi a contact when it's not so early.

    All set and no problems. Poor reception where I was trying calls; both network and wifi.
