Update: So I have tried SIC Multiwipe, still didn't work. The BlackBerry repair center where I sent my device last Monday don't even know what the problem is, and advice me to simply downgrade to 10.2.1 for me to use the OTG function. Oh well, it looks like I'm out of options.

that's too bad. What if you go back to 10.2.xxxx and it still doesn't work.

I just tried mine again (I used an Autoloader yesterday after my camera/videos would not show in Landscape and my Sensors were screwed up) and I was able to read a 32 gig Sandisk Ultra thumb drive. Autoloader did fix my issues.

I've already done that, going back to 10.2. It does work there.

Hi guys! Did downgrading to 10.2.1 get it to work again??
I'm getting a little desperate here. I like 10.3.1 but if BlackBerry doesn't release a fix for this soon, then I might as well downgrade to 10.2.1 as my last option.
    Help please. Thanks in advance.

In my situation, yes, 10.2.1 is the only OS where OTG works.

Thanks for sharing. Sadly, I will have to downgrade.

BlackBerry should have thought this through (and did some thorough testing) before releasing 10.3.1. Seriously, BlackBerry, what were you guys thinking? That we would overlook issues and problems just because you added some new features?

Are you also using an STA100-6?

Yes, Ron, I have an STA100-6. Seems like the 10.3.1 has major issues with this model. The Z30 owners who have reported not experiencing the USB-OTG problem seem to be on other variants/models.

I had the same issue happen to me when I reloaded 10.3.1. I fixed it by restarting my phone with my USB key inserted. Once the boot finished I opened the File Manager, pulled out and reinserted my USB. And it worked!

    I am using a Z30 in Canada, model STA100-5.

Yes, I am for real. By saying "I tried to follow what you did", does that mean everything that I did here?

There is none. As far as I know, it is only available for the Z30, Passport and Classic.
