Using my computer and Facebook account, my account shows numerous friends. But when I open the Facebook app on my Z30 only a few friends appear. Why doesn't my Z30 synch with my computer - or how can I do this?

Hey Lee !
Your device will not sync with your computer but instead with FaceBook servers.
If you've just set your account on your Z30, this may take a while, depending on other changes you may have made or accounts you've added (mail, twitter, ...) [say hours would fit most].

What happened to me was a bit different. I had my Facebook contacts before on my z10. Then as I logged out, all my Facebook contacts disappeared (as expected). However, as I tried logging in my Facebook account, my fb contacts are not being synced anymore. I already tried uninstalling the FB app, wiped my device clean, reinstalled, yet, still no luck. Also, I noticed that as I reinstalled the Facebook App, it only asked me permissions for calendar events and notifications (I'm not sure but I think it should also ask for 'contacts' permission) . I don't mind having my Facebook friends on my contact list, I actually want them there because I like photos on my contacts. Unless of course if you guys can suggest an automated way to get photos from fb to link on my contacts.

Btw I'm new with BlackBerry, I have just used it for 5mos. My OS is 10.3.1.1779
