Case in point (didn't want the title too long) the Gestures!!! Had to deal with the HTC, frustrating. Had to deal with the S4 and NOTE, hated it. You just find yourself intuitively swiping up to exit or wanting to check messages with a "bottom up to right " movement but it never works only to repeat it 2/3 more times b4 it clicks that you have literally gone back a couple of years and might as well be holding a Nokia 3310 where there was A button for each action...
P.S Ssup with the HTC spinning around on the table when you put it down, what's it doing, trying to find North!?!

I thought I was the only one that went through this. I remember trying to swipe through my sister's iphone before i remembered the phone worked differently. I got fed up with the phone and went to go cradle mine.

I helped a friend setup a Galaxy Tab 10.1 for work last week. I had forgotten how haphazard Android layout seems.

I've come to the same conclusion. Switched to a Lumia Icon, gorgeous phone, but I sorely miss the gestures and overall superiority when I comes to communication on BB10. BlackBerry really deserves credit for putting together an awesome OS.

Yep. been there. I used lenovo for a DAY. Forgot which one. But it doesnt give those lag problem. Everything is so smooth. Kit kat support and all.

1st thing that I miss right away is the ability to swipe to exit an app. Oh sweet sweet gesture. Dont you ever leave me. So easy. Easy access to the hub. Multitasking when setting up your phone.

Recently I confirmed another brilliant BlackBerry idea - like capturing pictures by touching anywhere on the screen while in camera mode. Other brands have a button one needs to locate - when you ask someone else to snap your picture. I have a difficult time using my wife's iPhone. Love you BlackBerry!

I swipe on every phone and I don't know why doesn't work
Only when I test other phones I realize how lucky I am with my Z30.
For instance today I have realized that my wife 's lumia 720 doesn't received skype calls or whatsapp notification if those apps aren't opened. You have to had skype opened in order to receive a videocall and you don't receive notification from whatsapp if your app is closed.
I love my hub. I lobe BlackBerry os 10 and my Z30

I use to do it so much with my iPod touch. Drove me mad to the point I don't use it. Now when ever I use someone else's phone I use it slowly so I don't look stupid trying to swipe

It not only happens with the bb10 users but also to those people who pick up my phone to play with it..after a few times of using it they start swiping on their own phones..just to realize that it has a home button!

I agree, but with the leaked 10.3, the camera now requires that a button is pressed to take a picture. Bug mistake in my book. Hopefully it'll be changed back before it's released to the public.

Oh yes... Samsung's touchwiz is the worst of them all. Deleting an app requires you go through hoops and holes compared to a stock Android.

Waiting for the day when every company will be focusing on gestures and then the blackberry aficionados will be like

I got a Z30 on the same day my wife got a Samsung S4. There is no comparison! Blackberry is way ahead! Every time she has a problem she wants me to fix it. Her phone is so hard to figure anything out on, I tell her to call our daughter who has a S4 maybe she has an idea how to fix it!
