    Dear all BlackBerry Z30 users,

Could anybody help me on the following topic? Before new BlackBerry Z30 I have today I had my reliable BlackBerry Bold 9900. In this phone I used the option to forward all emails which were sent from this handheld unit to specified email account (no matter which one). I did it to have somewhere copies of sent emails, as I do not have the enterprise service.... I choose to use this option. Anyway it worked and there was no problem at all. Now with my BlackBerry Z30 I do not have such option...., please, could anybody tell me where should I take a look on to find the possibility to forward sent emails on another email account?
Thank you very much in advance for your ideas and help!

Are you referring to Auto-BCC? If so, as far as I am aware, this functionality does not yet exist in OS10 - it's something I really really miss! (And so do a lot of other people, who have posted on CrackBerry)

Well, most people don't use POP anymore, that was a function created to overcome the shortcoming that POP had where it could not sync the outgoing emails.
Now you can just set up your e-mails as IMAP which will sync your sent emails. If you are using hotmail/live/outlook just set it up as ActiveSync and that'll work as well.
Hopefully your email host offers IMAP at least.

Could you tell us who is your email provider?
And on Outlook 2003, when you go to accounts and double click on your email account, how is it set up?
You can get that info on this screen:
the emails forwarding options on BlackBerry Z30-b9f4bc93810e2a35af631a20d5e7e215.png
Do not share any personal info.

I recommend an app called Hub++. It has the ability to build pretty sophisticated message processing rules. I have rules that forward emails to another email address, move them to folders, delete, mark as read, etc...

The app is a little hard to learn but it is very capable. You do need a 10.2.1 OS for the app to run headless.
While I agree there are apps, it sounds like all OP needs is the ability keep a copy of his sent e-mails on his desktop, and he may find hub++ more complicated than necessary. Hopefully his host can enable IMAP and this way he can keep a copy of his sent messages.

    Dear heading4tomorrow,

Thank you very much for helping me in this question!
I do have one account in gmail.com and second one is our own account which is hosted by Website hosting service provider on their server. I think, that I am using IMAP protocol for both accounts....

Both accounts should support keeping a copy of your Sent items on your server and your desktop client if setup properly.

    Dear heading4tomorrow,

Thank you very much for your assistance in this case! Now it seems that IMAP solution is working..... could you, please, tell me, if you know of course, is there any chance to use (activate) the auto reply "out of office" on my BlackBerry phone without logging on the email service provider website, by just using this option on the email settings on BlackBerry phone? I have such buttons in the account configuration setting under the auto signature, but on my BlackBerry Z30 it is inactive for some reason and the question is - is there any way to activate this option?
Thank you very much in advance for your reply!

For gmail you will have to login to your Gmail account on a web browser to activate and modify your auto reply / vacation response, I am not sure if gmail servers allow this to be modified on BB.
I am using ActiveSync/Exchange so I will not be able to check my settings to see if this could be activated. I am sorry.
