    It is incredibly easy to install a lanyard on a Z30 as I show in this photo. At the bottom of the case are two slots. Just thread the lanyard through these slots and you are done. Sure keeps you from dropping the Z30. Easy to install a Lanyard onto the Z30-lanyard-z30.jpg

    Those slots also have a protective screen to stop dust, i'd rather not damage them.
