2 days ago, the ear speaker of my BB Z30, has stopped working.
I do not know if he has stopped working because of the update. Recently he produced a strange buzzing in calls..
Calls and whatsapp audios works only with headphones (with Jack cable) or when i turn on speakerphone.
Should i try to return to a previous version?
I don't know what to do, someone can help me?
Usually, warranty claims start with your carrier. But where did you buy it?
Hopefully, someone from Europe will chime in.

I bought it from an e-shop. Now this shop is closed, and many people have sued the owner because he stopped sending the goods.
In italy there's not a front office, or similar.
I called the Playbook customer service,but it's no longer in operation.
I can't find any email for EU/Italian support.
I don't know where to turn anymore to get help.
The only sure thing is that my next phone will not be a BlackBerry.
Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, because of where you purchased it, your warranty is with the seller and not directly with blackberry. If the seller skipped town I would just go ahead, buy an ear speaker and install it yourself.
Sorry about that. Have you tried contacting your CARRIER. Even though I purchased my Z30 from a private person, Verizon is still the carrier I need to contact for problems. Actually, they even allowed me to add insurance to my phone.
