    Bought my z30 recently - On firing up the camera today I found this permanent mark on the images, Dust must have somehow gotten under the lense.

    I'm in Australia so it's unfortunate the trouble I've had to get a hold of a blackberry only to find there is a problem.

    That looks like a spot on your sensor. I had the same thing on a Canon camera. Not a blackberry issue. Anyway, see if you can get your phone replaced.
