All devices get the update, just a matter of when. If you're not seeing it OTA, try using BlackBerry Link and see if it appears there. If not, well, you have two options. Wait it out or install it manually yourself.
Is the 10.3.2.2474 for all devices?
I am running 10.3.2.2226 on my STA100-5. Just checked for update and says I have the latest update.
Yes, the 10.3.2.2474 has been released for all devices, it is rolling out over the various carriers slowly, so you can go to the Beta/Leaks forums and get the auto-loaders or .BARs and load it manually if you do not see it via OTA or Link on your end.

My question is why doesn't my Z30 show the up date? It's factory unlocked and no sim.
Wasn't it supposed to be easier to get updates if one purchased a unbranded factory unlocked device or are we getting smoke blowed up our arshes? I can see dinking around with installing an unofficial released OS but it's been officially released two days ago.
Hmmm. Figure this out. I just checked my wife's Z30 and it has already automatically updated to the new OS but my Z30 still says I have the latest OS.
These releases appear to be geographically staggered. A couple of releases back it took a few days to reach me. Give it some time, I'm sure it'll get to you soon enough.
BTW, I haven't gotten it either yet.

Just got it on Rogers. Was only 36mb in size to go from 10.3.2.2168 to 10.3.2.2474.
