Reading some threads it's seems some people delete all messages/emails/notifications etc as soon as they read them... Do you ?

I delete them from hub and server if they are informational and I don't need to save them. I hate when my hub and inbox are cluttered with unnecessary stuff. Same goes for other notifications. Read and delete.

I delete from hub only if I need to save the email to do something on my laptop or if it contains attachments I need to download and save.

I leave emails in the hub that are action items for myself (reply later, etc).

I delete messages and emails from the hub as soon as I've finished with them. That means of course some emails stay for a month or more but nothing stays permanently. No unnecessary clutter for me or my BlackBerry!

I just went through mine, erased over 1500 txt messages, 1000+ emails from device, umpteen Facebook and Twitter notifications, BBM messages ..and restarted device .. Can't believe how much stuff I had hoarded away on here. Regular cleaning from now on.

I do that only because if I dont, my text messages get all wacky.

Does anybody else have these problems? With text messages freezing and such? So annoying!

the last un-problematic BB i had was the Bold 9700. I loved that thing

Actually I did, this is why I was wondering if deleting all extra txt and all other data as well. Kinda keep the slate clean so it doesn't look up.

    Sent flawlessly from my Z30!

    I don't delete anything lol.

Question - if you delete your emails, this means you can't go back and search it up right?

What happens to your attachments - these are deleted as well if you delete the source email?

Emails can now be saved on the server...which means they will be in the main mail box. If you like a clean hub, like I do, just look them up in the main web account.

Yes - on the Z10, but so far, not on my Q10 or Z30. I could see the message that was sent to me in the hub but when I tapped it to open the text message, it would be blank or take a very long time to display. This also happened in BBM on the Z10 but not the others. I keep the message trails short now to prevent that from happening - you're right, it's very annoying!

I keep my BBMs, texts, and Facebook DMs in the Hub. I delete emails I don't need to keep and move those that I do into folders.

I only delete messages that I know I'll never need. Messages that I need to act upon remain in the Hub until I deal with them. Once I've dealt with them, I simply file the messages to sub folders under the appropriate account. This keeps my Hub relatively clean, while allowing me to keep everything I might need. If my Hub starts getting a backlog, I use the "pinch" so that just my unread messages are visible. I'm almost 100% happy with the BB10 email experience. Give me the ability to file sent messages (instead of just hiding them), and it'll be 100%.

    I delete nothing.

With unlimited storage in Outlook and great search features all is great.

I try to delete anything that will not require further action. I tend to leave BBM chats open and in the HUB at all times unless I know that I won't be communicating with that contact again soon. Text messages get dumped daily unless there is something that I need to do with the info inside.

I try to keep the Hub as clean and fast as possible. Anything I need to review with regards to further action stays in the Hub. For example:

Have to watch my data usage until Wed...
