This is rather weird, the device came with 10.2.1, I've updated it via Link to 10.3.1 and rebooted it (Came today, updated today), but Software Release says "10.2.1.2941" and OS says "10.3.1.2558", this is making the Software Update Notification popup all the time :/

    Anyone seen this before?

I am not sure why BB uses TWO numbers associated with an OS but it does. So those numbers are normal (but confusing - at least, I think so)

Is the so-called update offered SMALL? If so, it might be some junk offered by your carrier. This will also sometimes happen if you delete some of the junk a carrier installs on the phone.

It's the full update, 1.6 GB, every time I connect to WiFi it starts to download, I have turned off auto update but it still does it.

It's now showing the correct software release but still wants to update to the version it already has:

Devce keeps telling me I have an update, It thinks I'm on 10.2.1?-img_20150514_191822.png

I must admit, it's annoying me already, every time I turn Internet on and off -_-

Have you let it update from the notifications? I know you said you are already on 10.3.1, but maybe it is an OTA pushed by the carrier? My only suggestion would be to do the update it wants you to and you probably won't see the notification again.

Def backup via Link, but I don't think you'll have a problem; just see if it'll let you re-update the software when you are connected to WiFi. Seems like it is not recognizing that you are already on 10.3.1. Just what I would likely do.

It's stopped coming up all together now, think it finally realised I'm on 10.3.1, it's unlocked and my carrier doesn't even support its software updates BTW :P
