Congrats. Mine came the same way 18 days ago to Northern Virginia. It is a truly nice phone. I'm sure you will appreciate the ownership experience. I'm on AT&T. And no, I don't get LTE but the 4G is very good.
I'm so jealous ( in a good way)... I really want a Z30, hopefully I'll fine one under the Christmas tree...

Once I get it, I will report on speed since I am on TMobile. I am expecting full LTE.
So happy for you guys man. Welcome to the family!

Did you guys order the international Z30s? Are they compatible with LTE here in the US? I'm on AT&T. Also, does anyone know if Verizon's Z30 is compatible with AT&T's LTE?

That question has been answered a bunch of times. Currently the most common model available in the states is the STA100-5. It DOES NOT do LTE on AT&T. So far, no one has found a source of a model compatible with LTE on AT&T. The -5 DOES do LTE on T-Mobile.
So I finally got the z30 in my grubby hands! Went straight to TMobile to get a micro SIM card and the staff was like oh which phone did you get and I said the new blackberry z30 and they were like did you mean the z10? And I said no it's new just came out but not yet available in the states but your competitors next door, Verizon, is getting it tomorrow. So they naturally wanted to look at it and their first response it looks really nice and I said - yes it does! Anyways happy to report full 4g and LTE.
Only disappointment is that the calendar display is not black on black which I had hoped for.
You can get the black calendar if you upgrade to 10.2.0.1791.
Open Calendar. Open Settings-->General-->Visual Theme-->Dark. I'm on .1767.
Nice day

I've just got mine an hour ago from Carphone Warehouse in the UK after a drop in price, loving it :)
Congratulations it was one of the best decisions I've made in a while :D
There's no commercially available Z30 that's compatible with AT&T's LTE, unfortunately. But all the available models are compatible with AT&T's 3G/HSPA+ networks.
If that doesn't just suck.... :(
