I am using a z30 and recently I have observed that my data, files, folders, pictures, videos automatically getting lost from the sd card and internal storage thou.
Help me to get the data back, I haven't yet restated by phone.

Disappearing from the SD Card isn't unheard of... they do go bad. If it's not encrypted you can try putting it into a PC and recovering any data on the card.

From internal storage.. haven't heard of anyone having an issue. In the end not much you can do, could try another File Manager... I'd probable just reboot the phone and see what happens.

Have you tried plugging your Z30 in to a computer to see if it's recognized and whether the data is accessible that way?
