Anyone know of any good cradles for a Z30? I would like one that can be used to charge but keep the phone mainly in horizontal mode as I will probably have to retire it and use it as an alarm clock soon...

It's very solid, folds down flat, holds almost anything. Doesn't skid or slide. Adjustable. I bought one, then bought three more. They are by far the best general purpose stand I've found.

I have had the Kidigi for the past 2 months and it works great with the Smartphone Experts Shell Holster Combo (Black) for BlackBerry Z30. Excellent fit together and sits at the right angle for use as a night clock.

I've got charging cradles specifically designed for my Z10 and Q10--so why are none available for the Z30?? I'm nervous about a universal one like the Kidigi, but you found it doesn't have problems consistently lining up with the USB port, modbro?

(Why, oh why, did BB do away with charging contacts--the old charging stands were easy to use and great for protecting fragile USB ports. Or the magnetic charging connections on the Playbook? Or--gasp--look to the future with wireless charging?!)

The Verizon Z30 and, I believe, ONLY the Verizon one, has wireless charging using the Qi system. Mine is charging that way at the very minute - 4 days after I purchased the Z30.

I have been using the one for the z10 from the blackberry shop. Seems to do the trick.

Interesting--it never occurred to me to look at the Z10 cradle. But I see that the Mobi doesn't have end plates, so a Z30 will fit--interesting! Thanks for pointing me in that direction! (Now the only problem is that its shown as being out of stock, even though it's also being showcased as a Best Seller. Did others read your post and beat me to it?! )
