    Last night, I noticed my Z30 was quite warm in my pocket and that the battery was draining much more quickly than usual.

    I also carry my Q5 with me wherever I go, so it wasn't that big an issue if the battery died.

    When I got home, the Z30 had turned off. So I plugged it in and went to sleep. When I woke up, the Z30 wouldn't switch on. Now, I just have a constant green led.

    If I press the top power button, the green led turns off for a while then I get a red led for a while then that turns off and it's blank.

    Pressing the volume up and down buttons does nothing.

    If I hold the power button down, then it goes red for several seconds, then flashes yellow/green for a second then goes back to solid green. But the phone still doesn't switch on.

    Can anyone help?

    I connected it to my laptop and then Windows started to download and install some drivers.

    After several minutes, I noticed that Link was open (Blend couldn't connect).

    So I swiped up on my phone and it turned on!

    I'm so happy!

    So there's your solution. Just plug it into your laptop.

    As for the solid green led, apparently that means that it's fully charged (taken from Z30 user guide).

    That does nothing, even with the power button. I can't get it to connect to the computer for longer than 5 seconds. Blackberry Link keeps saying I need to down load the OS but once I do nothing happens. Honestly, I've never had so many issues with a BlackBerry except for the 9000 years ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
