We've been working on some troubleshooting in the below thread, but now some stupid Crackberry proxy service is blocking me from posting followups to people's questions in that thread, so WTF whatever.

Guys.. are you still having a problem?

I was able to prove out it being a routing issue, and got it resolved on Cogeco & Rogers. Seems that when you connect to wifi, it 'tests' internet by hitting Cell Phones, Smartphones & Mobile Phones from BlackBerry.com. A good check is can you get to Cell Phones, Smartphones & Mobile Phones from BlackBerry.com if you turn of mobile network and force yourself to be on wifi.

I'm all good now after being offline from Monday or so.

Just to add information to the topic, I'm living in South Africa, got a Z10 on Vodacom, and one on MTN. Neither have this issue. Two friends of mine also have Z10's, one is a 3G device so it doesn't count to this situation but the other has also never experienced this issue.

Currently working off my Z30(Vodacom) at the office, using their WIFI and my 4G is no where to be seen. WIFI working as it should be.

Not to say this isn't happening like I said just to throw in some info. Maybe some one can find a pattern, like maybe the 4G tech implemented in our countries are different (including VoLTE[we fall back to 3G here], different bands) and something like that could be causing the priority mess up on the OS level.

Note: The end statement is assuming that no other South Africans are having this issue, as I just haven't seen any replying to these WIFI forum threads.

Any ways good luck with finding a solution guys!
