    I have a new cable mini hdmi. When I connect it from bbz30 10.3.1 to tv it has a bad display on tv. But in 10.2.1 the display on tv better. Can't setup the out phut display on BlackBerry z30.

    Go settings, display and look at the HDMI Display modes outputs at the bottom and try them out till you find the one you want.
