Is it possible to have the standard clock in "on" mode without it fading or in bedside without it going Dim.
Reason, I'd like to be able to use my phone as a clock on my desk, and that would promote folk to see my new bb, plus I just like looking at it.

The clock application doesn't force the screen on, like say, Maps does. So unfortunately it's Bedside mode only Nice idea though!

Whet you're looking for is a lock screen setting (settings/display) to not time out when charging. I don't see this in Z10 but it would be worth a look in your Z30 options - and also in clock settings (swipe down in Clock app). If you've already looked please accept my apologies.

Yep you are spot on and already tried settings but thank you for your response. OS 7 did this didn't it, I wonder if there's an app.
