    Folks,

I have just moved networks, from T-Mobile UK, to EE UK (to get a 4G service). Despite both these networks being operated by the same company, this involved a new SIM. EE have ported my old number to the new SIM card, i.e. when I call or receive calls, my old phone number shows up ok. But, in my SIM card settings in BB10, the transition phone number from the new SIM is shown. This also shows as 'my number' when making calls.

Is there any way to make the Z30 pick up the correct phone number?

[edit] I should have stated that, from a quick web search, it would appear that a Security Wipe may be the only way to do this. I really don't want to wipe my phone. Any other suggestions? [/edit]

    Thanks in advance.

    **FIX**
Insert affected SIM into an old 'dumb' phone (I think BlackBerry OS handsets will work too), go to contacts, or SIM settings (OS dependent), 'My Number', change the phone number accordingly, reinsert SIM in BlackBerry 10 device, and voila.
