    Hey all,

    I know others have had this problem, but I can't seem to find the solution. Anytime I try to watch YouTube, or other videos, I get a "Media Error: There was an error retrieving media metadata information. This media cannot be played."

    I had no problem last we watching vids, and I have the latest software installed. Any ideas on how to solve this? I attached a picture of the error message.

    Usually reloading the page or restarting the browser works.

    I've been using SuperTube free version with almost no issue. Worth a try. Maybe you can try with private browser too?

    I only ever get this error when I have a video paused in the background for too long. Reload the page and gone it is. When do you experience this problem?

    I powered it off and turned it back on and now it's working. Hopefully this won't be a recurring issue
